Hi this is David – thank you for coming to the TNY! personal training page!

If you are considering using a Hendersonville personal trainer, you have come to the right place!  If your goal is to lose a little weight (or lose a lot of weight), get back in shape, and to improve your health, Totally New You! Personal Training & More can help you make it happen!

This isn’t just personal training!  We believe in a whole body and mind approach to changing the way you look and feel.  In addition to incredibly fun personal training and fitness classes, we also help you with your nutrition, and help you to incorporate healthy habits into your regular lifestyle.

Just working out with a personal trainer in a gym or health club is far less effective than you might think.  The other 165 hours in your week are just as important, if not much more so, than the time you spend with your personal trainer!

Our approach starts differently – we start off by:

  • - getting to know You (here you aren’t just a number)
  • - discussing your nutrition and lifestyle habits
  • - customizing our program to your needs
We want to find out what kind of habits you have now, because Making Health a Habit is truly the only way to create the life and body transformation you want.

TNY enabled me to accomplish a lot this year. As I approach my birthday this month I look back and see that I completed a 12K running in the hills of SF; hiked the tallest mountain in the Smokies,with ease, when I had a hard time doing so when I was 24; completed the USMC Mud run ; and had one of my best physicals ever, and kept my weight at what i weighed at my wedding. Not bad for a guy who is 66 this month. Yea, I can easily recommend TNY!
