Are you ready for a totally new you?
We had a BLAST at this years USMC Mud Run in Columbia SC!
Totally New You took 4 teams to compete, and we all finished together as one big team. These events really bring everyone closer together. Proceeds from this event fund the Wounded Warrior Project, and there are typically 7,000 to 10,000 participants.

TNY has helped me to turn my life around. Not only have I lost over 30lbs, I have gained the know how and the mechanics to stay at an acceptable weight and gain muscle strength. I now feel better than I have in ~30 years.
This was part of my “turn fifty bucket list”. I plan to continue to with the program and look forward to many more healthy years to come.

I came to TNY for some help in getting me ready to become a police officer. I had goal that i needed to be at for the training and needed a lot of help. I could bearly get out 5 pushups and 5 sit ups.
Now i can crank out 20 pushups and 20 sit ups in 1 minute with ease. I had a ton of fun and would highly recommend working out with these guys. They are AWESOME!

I saw an ad for a contest at totally new you, and I thought I’d check it out. After the 1st two weeks it was no longer a contest for me – it was a new lease on life!
In seven weeks I’m down 31 pounds, I can walk, I’m off my diabetic and blood pressure meds, and I have more energy than I’ve had in years! I have hope for the future…
There are no fancy treadmills, mirrors or people staring or judging you. You are welcomed by name every time you enter totally new you, and that feels good!
I am setting new goals and hope I can encourage others that you can overcome obstacles and become a “totally new you”!!
A personal note to David and Kym – thank you for truly caring and helping me become a better, healthier, stronger and happier person. I look forward to meeting the new me!!!

NOTE: it is hard to see the sign above, but in only 7 weeks she’s changed 45 pounds (lost 32 pounds, gained 13 pounds of muscle), lost 20 inches, dropped 8.7% body fat, and lost 7 of those 5 pound blobs you see in the photo.
I got to ride around with the event photographer in his candy apple red convertible, and I will be adding more to the album once they become available. So much fun!
The album is on our Totally New You Facebook Page. Even though I concentrated on our 2 runners, I did get some pretty good shots of the other runners, including the top 3 finishes.
We love doing stuff United Way, and really enjoy these community events!
Quick update on David Burns – Today is his 1 Year Anniversary at Totally New You!

Now he’s down a total of 72 pounds!
His body-fat has dropped from almost 30% down to just over 12%, and not only has he kept it off, but also reached his goals so he could join the Army – Great Job Burns!!!
