Today I want to give you a sneak peak behind a rapid fat loss experiment I have been running in my gym with a few of my personal training clients.
Just so you don’t waste any time, this program is NOT for you if you have lots of body fat to lose, or are relatively new to the working out / fitness lifestyle. It is simply too hard for the average person without both some experience, and and Iron Willpower.

An Experiment In How Fast It Is Possible To Melt Body Fat
The personal training clients that I have had do the 30 Day Fat Loss War have been losing between 1/2 and 1 pound of fat. Per Day. I am going to repeat that.
