My Thanksgiving Workout

We had a good crew of 4 Athletes show up to train today – 2 ladies, 2 guys.  I want to thank Anny, Ansley and Ed for an awesome No Whining Workout!  They all train hard and never complain.

Have to Earn the right to eat that much =)

Here is what we did

  • Extended Kettlebell Dead Lifts
  • Log Clean and Press
  • Skip Drills
  • Squats
  • Hanging Scissor Leg Lifts

Bonus Round for Cardio: Tire Flips and Sled Drags
