We had a good crew of 4 Athletes show up to train today – 2 ladies, 2 guys. I want to thank Anny, Ansley and Ed for an awesome No Whining Workout! They all train hard and never complain.
Have to Earn the right to eat that much =)

- Extended Kettlebell Dead Lifts
- Log Clean and Press
- Skip Drills
- Squats
- Hanging Scissor Leg Lifts
Bonus Round for Cardio: Tire Flips and Sled Drags
