I came to TNY for some help in getting me ready to become a police officer. I had goal that i needed to be at for the training and needed a lot of help. I could bearly get out 5 pushups and 5 sit ups.
Now i can crank out 20 pushups and 20 sit ups in 1 minute with ease. I had a ton of fun and would highly recommend working out with these guys. They are AWESOME!
